With over 30 locations throughout the U.S. and treatment options available virtually, ERC Pathlight meets patients where they’re at to offer innovative, compassionate, and comprehensive treatment for eating disorders, as well as mood, anxiety, and trauma-related disorders.

We were founded in 2008 by pre-eminent psychiatrists and psychologists and treat 6,000+ patients per year. With the critical need for mental health care and eating disorder treatment, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic, we’re looking for passionate and qualified professionals who will live out our mission to help save the lives of our patients.

What you’ll be doing:

This is by no means a “behind-the-scenes" role, as your work will help the company serve patients daily in a multitude of ways.

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), the Regional Vice President (RVP) will be responsible for the financial and non-financial performance of the company’s flagship Colorado market (Mountain region). The RVP will work closely with the CEO, Chief Medical & Clinical Officer, Chief Nursing Officer, and Chief Operating Officer to align on the region’s operating objectives and plan and then lead the region to effectively achieve the established objectives. The Executive Team will partner with the RVP to drive successful execution, as appropriate.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

The RVP is expected to collaboratively develop the best plan to achieve the following objectives: :

  • Clinical – Operational Processes & Approaches
    • Work with executive team to implement and enhance technology and productivity programs and platforms including the EMR productivity improvements
    • Implement and maintain current national standards
    • Continually evaluate and recommend enhancements to management and operational processes to improve information sharing, drive for results, KPIs, etc.
    • Team Building: Develop the Colorado leadership team into a high-performing team capable of effectively driving results on a consistent basis
    • Culture: Actively drive actions to improve teammates’ experiences and further ERC/Insight’s goal of being the “employer of choice in Behavioral Health”
  • Longer-term success for this role includes:
    • Maximizing growth and profitability, while achieving patient and teammate goals
    • Optimize targeted capacity utilization and efficiency goals.
    • Create and enhance team and management processes to sustain high performance in the assigned region across all performance dimensions
    • Nurturing waves of clinical and operational leaders to fuel growth across the organization
    • Potential to expand RVP’s developed approaches across other regions

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years proven operational, financial, and visionary leadership success in a healthcare or similar setting required, with a clear emphasis on systematically driving business results and profitability
  • A bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or related human services field strongly preferred
  • Track record of owning and driving P&L results in a geographically dispersed, multi-unit business
  • Demonstrated capacity and track record of acting with a sense of urgency to strategically and tactically evaluate, implement and improve upon sophisticated operational strategies, programs and initiatives and work with a variety of organizational leaders to build consensus
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills to work effectively with both internal and external parties
  • Experience in an environment of growth and development characterized by acquisition, partnering, expansion, and integration of new facilities
  • A professional with strong values who is quality and mission driven and desires to be a part of an industry leading organization
  • A strong focus on accountability inclusive of the utilization of metrics, dashboards and KPIs
  • Effective leadership skills and experience hiring, developing, and motivating a high-performing team
