*Job Summary:**
The Primary Therapist will carry a caseload of patients, conducting individual and family therapy sessions as well as leading group therapy sessions. This role involves working in both residential and PHP (partial hospitalization program) settings, offering support to patients dealing with mood disorders, anxiety, and trauma. Collaborative care with other disciplines and meticulous documentation are essential aspects of this position.

**Qualifications:**
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
- Current state licensure as a Therapist (LSW, LCSW, LCPC, LPC, LMFT, etc.)
- Experience working with individuals with mood disorders, anxiety, and trauma
- Proven ability to conduct individual and family therapy sessions
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Proficiency in maintaining detailed and timely documentation

- Carry a caseload of 6 patients for individual and family therapy sessions
- Facilitate group therapy sessions aimed at addressing various mental health challenges
- Provide support to patients dealing with mood disorders, anxiety, and trauma

Compensation starting range for the Primary Therapist role is $57,000 to $93,000 per year. Ranges are based upon market expectations and are dependent upon candidate experience.
