**Job Summary:**

ERC Pathlight, a clinical leader in the behavioral health sector, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join their team. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing hands-on treatment and support to patients in one of the many centers across the nation. This role involves administering patient care, conducting assessments, administering medical treatments, participating in clinical team conferences, and assisting in the development of individualized treatment plans.

**Qualifications:**

- ADN or BSN in Nursing
- Active state Registered Nurse license

**Responsibilities:**

- Perform a full range of psychiatric nursing services in accordance with treatment plans
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' medical status upon admission and throughout treatment
- Administer medical treatment as prescribed
- Attend and participate in clinical team conferences
- Assist in developing individualized treatment plans for each patient
- Demonstrate skill in delivering patient care as part of the therapeutic team
- Implement appropriate nursing interventions consistently

Compensation for the Registered Nurse position is $36.00- $46.50 based upon candidate experience and market expectations.
