How you’ll serve our patients

As a Program Therapist at ERC Pathlight, you can expect to be a part of virtual team that delivers face-to-face treatment, therapy sessions and support to our patients through our HIPAA-compliant Telebehavioral Health Platform around the nation.

You will serve patients daily in a multitude of ways:

• Facilitates curriculum-based therapeutic groups

• Cross-train across the levels of care within your program

• Documentation of groups and observations

Program Therapist II Must haves:

• Has graduated with a Master's degree in mental health or related field required

• Must have a dependent or Provisional license in Washington

• Experience with milieu or group therapy

• Understanding of de-escalation techniques and ACT/DBT skills training

• Group curriculum, facilitation and therapeutic milieu skills

• Knowledge and application of Trauma Informed Care

• Flexibility with schedule and team assignment

• Demonstrates knowledge of the variety of ways clients express stress reactions both behaviorally (e.g., avoidance, aggression, passivity) and psychologically/emotionally (e.g., hyperarousal, avoidance, intrusive memories)

Compensation starting range for the Program Therapist II role is $25.50-$30.25 The range provided is for Washington based hires only and will be commensurate with candidate experience.
