We offer the most comprehensive treatment program in the country for patients who struggle with eating disorders, mood and anxiety and trauma-related disorders.

How you’ll serve our patients

As a BHC Supervisor at ERC Pathlight, you can expect to be a part of team that delivers hands-on treatment, group therapy sessions and/or support to our patients in one of our many centers around the nation.

You will serve patients daily in a multitude of ways:

• Direct care of inpatient and residential patients. Provide patient supervision and support, provide structure/boundaries and contribute to implementation of therapeutic programming including behavioral intervention and bathroom/meal-time support; ensure a safe and therapeutic environment

• Lead or facilitate groups

• Employs therapeutic interventions in order to maintain a safe, supportive and clinically sound milieu

• Provides leadership and performance evaluation to direct report BHC teammates.

• Assist with ADLs and meal support

• Conduct safety checks as ordered

Must haves

• Bachelor's degree preferred

• 2+ years of mental health experience required

• 1+ years of supervisor or management experience required

• Experience working in higher levels of care preferred

Compensation starting range for the Behavioral Health Counselor Supervisor role is $25.00 - $27.50/hr

The range provided is for Washington based hires only and will be commensurate with candidate experience.
