How you’ll serve our patients
As a Program Therapist Manager at ERC Pathlight, you can expect to be a part of team that delivers hands-on treatment, group therapy sessions and/or support to our patients in one of our many centers around the nation. The Program Therapist Manager hires, onboards, trains, inspires and supervises Program Therapists. Program Therapists are an integral part of the treatment and care of our patients. Managers oversee these teammates and work to ensure the quality of care patients receive.
You will serve patients daily in a multitude of ways:
Provides leadership for group therapy services, provide feedback regarding the curriculum, supervise and manage program therapists, track and monitor service implementation to ensure high-quality, relevant, patient-centered service delivery aligned with mission and goals
Recruits, trains and assists teammates in setting individual goals and objectives. Promotes a positive and supportive work environment and provides continuing support in helping teammates to accomplish their goals, as well as in work methods, processes, policies and procedures. Conducts performance appraisals and counsels teammates on performance issues
Provides leadership of program therapists to maximize coordination and collaboration among teammates, troubleshoot challenges and identify and implement new service strategies
Monitors and establishes systems that support efficient and effective delivery of services
Develops and implements onboarding and training protocols
Must haves
Master's degree in mental health field required
Active state independent clinical license (LSW, LPC, LPCC, LCPC, PsyD, PhD, or similar license) required
Must be an approved supervisor by licensing board or is able to obtain this within 3 months of hire, required
2+ years of supervision and management experience preferred
Experience working in higher levels of care preferred
